Américo Oliveira Fragoso (managing associate) is quoted in an article on Expresso newspaper on the automation of jobs, within the judgment given by the Spanish court which found illegal a lay-off based on the automation of the work post.
“The legislation must evolve in the scope of the new technological challenges, and needs to create some defense mechanisms for the workers in the areas most threatened by the extinction of the work post by technology, namely through requalification", states the managing associate.
