Cláudia da Cruz Almeida (Partner) is recognised as one of the 50 top female lawyers in the Iberian Peninsula, in a ranking promoted by Iberian Lawyer.

The publication recognises the important work carried out by the top women lawyers in the Iberian Peninsula, both in law firms and in-house, nominating 50 women from Portugal and Spain, whose work promotes the role of women in the legal sector and in society.

“She is a partner in the M&A practice and has been involved in several transactions mainly focused on Acquistion Finance, Corporate Finance and Acquisitions and Sales of companies. Cláudia has also advised several clients on Securities market deals. In 2020, Cláudia was the top female dealmaker in Portugal, woth six transactions totalling €3.8 bilion.”

On 1 June, the Partner attended the awards ceremony, which took place in Madrid, where she received this recognition awarded by Iberian Lawyer.
