In the article entitled "Human Rights: (also) a responsibility of companies" the lawyer states that "from a legal point of view, the idea of companies being responsible for respecting human rights may seem exotic, insofar as human rights were internationally established as legal guarantees against the abusive action of the States (classical subjects of international law)."
