Pioneering Initiative to Address the Emerging Challenges of the Future of Human Resources Management
VdA is at the vanguard, anticipating trends and preparing for the future. Following the process of profound transformation that labour relations are going through, and in response to the new paradigm of human resources management, VdA is launching HR Future.
HR Future aims to address some of these issues and alert companies and all stakeholders to new aspects of the future of labour relations.
It is clear that labour relations are undergoing a process of profound renewal in many of their original matrices, generating new challenges for organisations and their legal advisors. At the root of this transformation, new working models are influenced by digital, technological, organisational, demographic and cultural factors. The combination of these changing factors has led to the emergence of a number of new and complex issues in human resources management, together with the unavoidable issues of labour compliance and risk management.
Topics such as Labour Tech, diversity and inclusion (D&I) and non-discrimination, emerging work models and sustainability are now unavoidable and demand different and innovative approaches from organisations and their legal advisors.
With the launch of HR Future, the aim is to create a space for discussion and reflection on these issues, promoting a broader and more informed understanding of the new challenges facing labour relations.
