The building is equipped with thermal solar panels that use renewable energy to heat water for the air-conditioning and hot water systems

– working spaces have presence detectors that turn off lights when the room is not in use and lighting
in common spaces is automatically optimized by considering levels of outdoor light, and that these measures anticipate that electricity consumption could be reduced by up to 80 per cent.
