Fernando Resina da Silva was interviewed during the Microsoft OCN Summit about technology in healthcare in Africa, particullary AI.
The VdA partner believes that, "the first and main challenge is the lack of qualified professionals, which is a dificullty in every country in Africa. The second one is the lack of infrastructures, and not only hospitals and equipment, but network on activity in telecommunications."
