Digitalisation and Tax Law 2023" is a compilation of dissertations from the 1st edition of the LL.M Digitalisation & Tax Law at the WU Executive Academy.
In a total of eight chapters, this publication aims to analyse the intersection between digitalisation and tax law, assessing the contribution that technology can have on tax compliance and illustrating this potential through practical cases.
