Filipe Vasconcelos Fernandes (Senior Consultant) has written an opinion article for Advocatus by ECO entitled "Covid-19, Taxes and State Reform" in which he writes about the Fiscal State in a pandemic context, the shadow of the "Debt State" and the emergence of a State Reform.
"The expression "Fiscal State" is common in scientific and academic literature around fiscal themes, however without the generality of citizens understanding, in most cases, the essence of the underlying message.The Fiscal State corresponds, in fact, to a true model of State."
