Joaquim Pedro Lampreia (Partner) is quoted in an article of Expresso newspaper on the fact that extensions of deadlines for submitting returns and the possibility of paying taxes in instalments, are for all self-employed workers of any activity.
"The limitation of this measure to turnover is open to criticism for two reasons: on the one hand, turnover may have little significance, especially in activities with a high turnover but a small margin. On the other hand, and more importantly, the problem now focuses on the companies' cash flow, which will have little to do with turnover".
