Olivier Bustin (senior international adviser) co-writes with com Marie-Colette Kamwé Mouaffo an article for L’Essentiel magazine, on the new regulation and Directives that regulate Competition Law in the Central Africa Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC).

The purpose of these legislations is to make it easier to read the rules that existed before their adoption and, to that end, to better organise the distribution of institutional competences in the field of competition, both at Community and National level.
