António Ribeiro comments the reform to Jornal de Negócios

Under the scope of the Civil Code's announced reform, Vieira de Almeida & Associados (VdA)'s managing associate António Ribeiro noted to Jornal de Negócios newspaper that "the Civil Code has been subject to endless changes in the last 15 years slowing down proceedings as judges, lawyers and remaining judicial workers are forced to be constantly updating knowledge and finding out which new rule or text is applicable to each case".
