Olivier Bustin, managing international adviser, co-authors an article with Céline Ndongo Dimouamoua, for L’Essentiel, about the adoption of Cameroon’s new petroleum code.

This code, which replaces the code of 1999 and follows the current trend of reform (as seen in the recent adoption of new petroleum codes in Benin, Gabon and Senegal), aims to boost the country’s hydrocarbons industry, increase the volume of national production, and improve the living conditions of communities living near the oil blocks.
