Samuel Fernandes de Almeida (Partner) gives an interview to Jornal Económico, in which he presents a set of proposals for fictional measures for companies to mitigate the effects of the pandemic on the economy and help their recovery.
"The Tax expert argues that many of these measures should already be included in the corrigendum to be implemented immediately, considering also that access to financing and liquidity are the essential measures for SMEs. At the household level, he suggests reducing withholding tax rates to allow greater monthly liquidity."
