Marco Caldeira, managing associate, is co-author of the publication “Administrative Law on Emergency - Administrative Organization, Administrative Procedure, Public Procurement and Administrative Process in the Answer to COVID-19”, published by Almedina, where the authors analyze some of the mechanisms established or adopted by the Portuguese legislator to answer the pandemic COVID-19.
