Mariana Pinto Ramos  (Senior Associate) co-writes an article with Nuno Sousa for the online publication Human, entitled "Uma rentreé diferente" (A different comeback), in which she discusses this subject from two perspectives, the conditions that organisations can provide to ensure a context in which people feel good and what each one of us can do in that same sense.

"Although there are few studies on the subject, it is widely accepted that returning to work after the holidays can lead to people feeling less enthusiastic and energised. This year, due to the context of a pandemic experienced since March, the return to work is necessarily different. Some of us return not only to our usual tasks and responsibilities, but also to the workplace after a few months of teleworking. Others will keep working from home".
