VdA, in partnership with APGEI, hosts the workshop "Sanctioning Responsibility of People in Leadership Positions", which aims to inform on the legal risks of leadership positions.
Topics regarding situations of criminal and misdemeanor liability of administrators, managers and directors will be addressed, not only for their own acts, but also for acts performed by people who act under their authority.
Sofia Ribeiro Branco (Partner) and Inês Sotto Mayor (Senior Associate) participate as guest speakers in this workshop, which takes place on January 29 in Matosinhos.
