VdA hosts a workshop on the recent changes made to the Labour Code where Rui Andrade (partner), Tiago Piló e Tiago Cochofel de Azevedo (managing associates) explore the following subjects “New changes to the Labour Code”, “Fixed term Contracts – duration and contributory regime”, “Experimental Period”, “Short-term Contracts”, “Continuous training”, “Contract Termination”.
