Sara Nazaré (Managing Associate) participated as guest speaker in the Webinar "Covid-19 and Intellectual Property", organised by the Academic Association of the Lisbon University Law School, with the support of the International Association of Portuguese Language Young Lawyers.
In this webinar, where topics related to the legal and political discussion on the access to the Covid-19 vaccine, the Covax initiative and the Law of Medicines were discussed, the lawyer presented the topic "The protection of pharmaceutical inventions by patent in a pandemic context”.
