Carla Gonçalves Borges taught the class titled “The Arbitral Award and Its Challenge” as part of the 2nd edition of the Postgraduate Course in Contractual Litigation, Mediation, and Arbitration, held on 26 June at the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica de Lisboa.

The VdA lawyer, alongside Sofia Ribeiro Mendes, conducted this session in a course aimed at equipping participants to understand the legal frameworks applied to litigation, address classic and contemporary issues related to contract enforcement, and systematise legal solutions for contractual vicissitudes. Additionally, the programme seeks to anticipate trends in corporate litigation and promote the use of alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and arbitration, through practical experiences and simulations.
