Sofia Ribeiro Branco is a speaker at the 2nd edition of the Portuguese Criminal Law Forum, organised by the Association of Criminal Lawyers.
The event, which takes place on 15 and 16 November in Peniche, aims to analyse the following topics: ‘Cryptocurrencies and criminal investigation’, ‘The new challenges of social networks’, ‘Criminal compliance: what does the future hold?’, ‘The procedural dimension of confiscation without conviction and of third party assets’ and ‘The Portuguese prison system in the light of the Petrescu case’.
Sofia Ribeiro Branco will take part in the panel ‘Electronic correspondence and the recent case law of the Constitutional Court’, together with Manuel da Costa Andrade, Emeritus Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.
