Inês Antas de Barros, Partner at VdA, is teaching on the 2nd edition of the Advanced Insurance Compliance Course, an initiative organised by AIDA Portugal.
The VdA partner will deliver a session on ‘Digital Resilience (DORA)’, which will take place this Friday, 14 November, and will address the Digital Operational Resilience Regulation, applicable to the financial and insurance sector, as well as to ICT service providers.
This course is being held in a context where compliance and regulatory matters are gaining increasing importance within the insurance industry, reflecting the growing demands of both national and European supervisory authorities.
The programme aims to address market needs by fostering discussion and analysis on key topics such as regulatory compliance, governance and risk management.
