Inês Antas de Barros, Partner in the Information, Communication & Technology Practice, and João de Araújo Ferraz, Senior Associate in the same Practice, took part in an information session on the NIS 2 Directive and its cross-sector impact on cybersecurity across the European Union.

Organised by Smart Waste Portugal Association in partnership with VdA, the session provided an opportunity to discuss the new legal framework stemming from the NIS 2 Directive and its incorporation into Portugal’s legal system through Decree-Law No. 125/2025 of 4 December.
