Magda Cocco and Tiago Bessa will take part in the next edition of Digital Union, dedicated to the Digital Networks Act (DNA), which will take place on 10 March, in an event organised by APDC in partnership with VdA.
The event will explore the European Commission’s proposal to redefine the legal framework for connectivity in the European Union. The Digital Networks Act aims to modernise, simplify and harmonise the European electronic communications regime by creating a single Regulation directly applicable across all Member States, while promoting investment, innovation and the development of high-capacity digital networks.
In this context, Tiago Bessa will address the topic 'Digital Networks Act: The New Regulatory Architecture of European Connectivity', analysing the main legal and regulatory implications of the proposal. Magda Cocco will also take part in the debate, contributing to the discussion on the challenges and opportunities that this new European regulatory framework presents for the sector.
The initiative will bring together experts and stakeholders to discuss the impact of the Digital Networks Act on the competitiveness, security and resilience of digital networks in Europe.
