VdA is once again supporting the Intensive Arbitration Course, an initiative organised by the Portuguese Arbitration Association (APA) and the Portuguese Arbitration Moot Association (PAMA).
As part of the course, Iñaki Carrera (Senior Associate, Litigation & Arbitration) and Joana de Simas Leite (Trainee, Litigation & Arbitration) will deliver a session on ‘Multiparty Arbitration and Third-Party Intervention’ and ‘Interim Measures and Preliminary Orders’, taking place this Wednesday, 29 October, in the António de Magalhães Cardoso Auditorium.
