Inês Antas de Barros, Partner in the Information, Communication & Technology Area at VdA, will lead the session “EU Data Act: Did you know?” on 1 October, as part of DSPA Insights 2025.

Organised by the Data Science & AI Portuguese Association (DSPA), DSPA Insights 2025 will take place on 1 and 2 October at the Técnico Innovation Centre in Lisbon. The event will bring together professionals, companies, researchers and students to share knowledge and debate the main trends in data science and artificial intelligence.

Inês Antas de Barros’ contribution will foster reflection on one of the most significant European regulatory initiatives in the field of the data economy, the EU Data Act, reinforcing VdA’s active presence in the discussion of the legal and technological challenges shaping this sector.
