Sebastião Nogueira participated as a speaker in the 3rd edition of the Securitisation Symposium, an initiative dedicated to promoting the European securitisation market, aimed at experts in the sector, including banks, investors, servicers, and law firms.
The VdA lawyer spoke on the panel devoted to the securitisation of non-performing loans.
The Securitisation Symposium took place on 4 September in Helsinki and had as its theme "Securitisation, Europe's Categorical Imperative".
