VdA participated in the first international meeting of the 2GAP network, held on 25 June at the French Embassy in Lisbon.

Organised as part of the 2GAP network, which promotes gender equality in the workplace and inclusive governance, the meeting brought together more than 60 participants. VdA was represented by Benedita Aires, who presented an overview of the current state of gender diversity on boards in Portugal and shared VdA’s experience through the Women on Boards initiative of VdA Academia.

The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange experiences and explore ways to strengthen cooperation between international women’s networks, reinforcing a shared commitment to promoting gender equality and diversity in leadership.
