Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira, Of Counsel, participated as a commentator in the Católica Talks session on 'The double-sided nature of plural voting regulation in public limited companies', organised by the Faculty of Law – Lisbon School of the Portuguese Catholic University.
Católica Talks, promoted by the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law, provide an open and informal forum for discussion of current legal issues.
The session took place on 7 January and opened with a presentation by Jorge Brito Pereira (FD-UCP), followed by Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira’s comments (FD-UL).
