Américo Oliveira Fragoso was invited by the Mozambican Bar Association to participate as a speaker at the conference "Harassment in light of the new labour law".
The conference took place on 25 March and was attended by more than 100 participants both online and in person, demonstrating the general interest in the revision of Mozambique's Labour Law, which became effective in August 2023. This revision introduced new legal provisions including regulatory measures to counter labour harassment.
