Tiago Bessa lectured on the 17th edition of the Postgraduate Course in Intellectual Property Law, an initiative organised by the Portuguese Intellectual Property Law Association (APDI) in partnership with the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
Designed for professionals across a range of fields related to innovation and intellectual creation, the course is widely recognised as a leading programme in Intellectual Property Law.
In this context, Tiago Bessa delivered a session on 'Practical cases on legal issues in the Information Society', addressing the key legal challenges of the digital age, including data protection, countering disinformation and liability for infringements in the digital environment.
