Ana Festas Henriques and Inês Villar lectured in the Postgraduate Programme in Management of Social Economy Organisations, promoted by the Catholic University of Portugal – Porto, within the module dedicated to the 'Legal Regime of Social Economy Organisations'.

During the session, the VdA lawyers addressed the legal framework applicable to organisations operating in the social economy sector, analysing the main legal challenges associated with their activities and governance.

This programme aims to equip participants with the skills to manage social economy organisations in a more sustainable and strategic way, promoting an understanding of the economic specificities of these entities and developing skills in areas such as strategic planning, people management, marketing, accountability, and the relevant legal and tax framework.
