Rodrigo Esteves de Oliveira lectures a session of the Postgraduate Course in Public Procurement Law and Practice, promoted by the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University.
The class, taking place this Friday, is dedicated to the topic: ‘Prior consultation and direct award: material criteria for selection, specific procedures and simplified regime’.
This advanced training is aimed at lawyers, public administration professionals, employees of public or private companies involved in procurement procedures, as well as other graduates who wish to enhance their knowledge in this area of law.
