Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira participated on 6 May in the roundtable discussion: “Vicissitudes of Contract Performance: the Role of the Contract", which is part of the academic programme of the Postgraduate Course in Contractual Litigation, Mediation, and Arbitration, organised by the Catholic University of Lisbon. 

This course focuses on legal frameworks and concepts applied to disputes, with a practical and interdisciplinary approach. It is divided into two modules: "Contractual Litigation" and "Mediation and Arbitration." The programme promotes the study of complex contracts, alternative dispute resolution methods, and practical simulations, preparing participants for challenges in the litigation and arbitration area.
