Mariana França Gouveia lectures at the Intensive Arbitrators Course, organised by the Mozambique Internationalisation Commission of the Commercial Arbitration Centre, taking place on 19 and 20 May at the Instituto Superior de Ciências e Tecnologias de Moçambique (ISCTEM).
The VdA lawyer will lead the welcome ceremony from 10:00 am to 10:15 am, followed by her participation in 'Module II - Efficient conduct of the arbitral process', scheduled from 03:00 pm to 06:15 pm. On 20 May, between 02:45 pm and 05:15 pm, Mariana França Gouveia will take part in 'Module IV – Arbitral decision', ending the event with the closing ceremony taking place from 5:15 pm to 5:30 pm
This event aims to deepen skills in dispute resolution through arbitration, enhance the conduct of the arbitral process at all stages, strengthen arbitration practice, and explore practical cases through simulations. The training is intended for lawyers interested in starting or consolidating practical knowledge of commercial arbitration.
