Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira, Of Counsel, took part in the webinar 'Corporate Governance: Aligning Business, Ethics and Sustainability', held as part of the “Corporate Finance: Insights and Trends” webinar series — an initiative promoted by IAPMEI and Turismo de Portugal, in collaboration with the CMVM and the National Financial Literacy Plan (PNFF).

The session aimed to promote good corporate governance, encouraging transparency, responsibility and corporate ethics as essential factors for sustainable growth and long-term values.

Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira joined the panel 'Managing for Sustainable Growth: The Value of Good Governance', which also featured Bruno Ferreira (PLMJ), Mariana Fontes da Costa (Portuguese Institute of Corporate Governance – IPCG), and Juliano Ferreira (CMVM) as moderator.
