VdA is organizing the Webinar "The (new) Framework Law of the Public Utility Statute: what changes for associations and cooperatives?", which will take place on July 14th, between 2:30pm and 3:30pm. Guest speakers include Margarida Couto (Partner), Francisco Granja de Almeida (Associate) and Madalena Rocha e Melo (Associate).
This webinar will focus on the main changes to the Legal Regime of the Public Utility Statute applicable to associations and cooperatives, with special focus on its impact on the main groups of entities to which the diploma applies (entities with IPSS, ONGD, ONGGA, etc.).
The Webinar will be held online through Microsoft Teams Meeting in Portuguese.
