Teresa Pitôrra took part in the II International Congress 'The Future of Restructuring and Insolvency following Directive 2026/799 of 30 March', held at Universidad Pontificia Comillas – ICADE, in Madrid.

The VdA Senior Counsel participated in the panel dedicated to the impact of the Directive in Europe, contributing to the discussion on the implications of this reform in a context of increasing harmonisation and regulatory complexity.

The congress brought together international experts to discuss the key challenges and developments in the field of restructuring and insolvency, with a particular focus on the impact of the new European directive and the evolution of the applicable legal frameworks across Europe.
