Ricardo Seabra Moura, VdA Senior Associate in the Tax Law practice, was invited as speaker at the conference on "Taxation of Financial Instruments (Financial Transactions)", held on November 22. This conference was promoted by the Management Department of the University of Évora regarding the course "Business Taxation I -Master in Management".
The tax expert has clarified the tax implications arising from several types of financial transactions, with particular focus on the most relevant financial mechanisms and on the guarantees.
