VdA participated in the signing and renewal ceremony of the IGen Forum of CITE.
In 2019 VdA joined this forum in which the signatories committed themselves to uphold the principles of gender equality at work, the reconciliation of professional and personal life, and parenthood.
VdA was represented by Rui Andrade (Partner), Tiago Cochofel de Azevedo (Managing Associate), Sandra Pedro Serrano (Head of Learning) and Mariana Pinto Ramos (Associate), who, on behalf of the firm, renewed the adhesion agreement, thus promoting what is already culture in society and a pillar of sustainability.
