Marco Caldeira (Managing Associate) participated as guest speaker at the Conference on "Public Procurement Law", promoted by CEJ - Centro de Estudos Judiciários, with the aim of promoting the analysis and discussion of some of the issues that administrative courts have been facing, especially within the scope of the recent changes to the Public Procurement Code.
