On July 9 and 10 at Saïd Business School from Oxford University took place the Professional Services Firms Annual Conference, an event that gathers experts from differente professional services firm to discuss subjects such as technology, globalization challenges, innovation, governance and talent management.

Muriel Faden da Silva, head of VdA “Quality, Organization & Innovation” and member of VdA Innovation Forum, participated at this conference and presented the article ““The bow of paradox: Exploring the management of tensions across levels in an innovative law firm” (written within the PhD in Management from Nova School of Business & Economics she is currently attending). Muriel participated as well in the debate on “Ambidexterity in acquisition programmes of professional service firms”.
