Jaime Reis (Associate) will teach the I Postgraduate Course on the Law of Guarantees promoted by CIDP - Center for Research in Private Law and the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
This course focuses on the analysis of general, special and quasi-guarantees, relating them to the areas of law where major issues arise: civil law, company law, financial law, and procedural and insolvency law.
The Lawyer will teach the module "The Pledge of Charter".
