Vanda Cascão (Partner) participates as a speaker in the first session of the ALER Talks organized by the Lusophone Renewable Energy Association (ALER), to discuss the New Regulatory Framework for Renewable Projects in Angola.
Topics such as the conditions that are being created for the promotion of private investment in the development of new renewable energy projects will be addressed in the debate in which Vanda Cascão, the National Director of Renewable Energies and Rural Electrification of MINEA, the Head of the Technical-Legal Department of IRSEA, the Executive Director of IGAPE - Institute for the Management of State Assets and Participations, the CEO of Source Energia and the Senior Investment Officer of IFC will participate.
