Hugo Moredo Santos (Partner) and Carlos Couto (Senior Associate) lectured on the IV Intensive Specialisation Course on Investment Funds, promoted by the Centre for Private Law Research of the University of Lisbon Law School.
The lawyers taught the module on "Discussion and problems of the practice: Typology and general principles of investment funds" and "Collective investment undertakings: from constitution to subscription and redemption".
