VdA is organising the HR Breakfast Talks – Pay Transparency, which will take place on 12 March, from 8:30 am to 11:30 am, at the António de Magalhães Cardoso Auditorium, at VdA’s office in Lisbon.
With the deadline for transposing the Pay Transparency Directive set for 7 June 2026, organisations must prepare for a new set of obligations that will have a direct impact on human resources management practices.
This session, organised by VdA’s Labour Practice Area, will explore the main practical implications of the Directive and the strategies that may support companies in adapting to the new legal requirements, as well as in turning pay transparency into a potential competitive advantage.
The session will feature a roundtable discussion with Dr Carla Tavares, President of CITE – Commission for Equality in Labour and Employment, Dr Susana Luz, Inspector at ACT – Authority for Working Conditions, and Prof. Susana Almeida Lopes, Managing Partner of SHL.
