The Executive Tax Session on "VAT on build-to-suit and on urban rehabilitation projects" takes place on November 21st at VdA.
This event aims to analyze and discuss, from a practical perspective, the latest case-law from the European Union Court of Justice and guidance from the Portuguese Tax Authority regarding VAT on build-to-suit leases and on urban rehabilitation.
