Orlando Vogler Guiné (Managing Associate) and Soraia Ussene (Associate) lecture the 4th edition of the postgraduate course in Securities Law and Banking Law, promoted by the Catholic University of Portugal - Porto.
The lawyers lectured the module on the “European Prospectus Regulation” in this course that aims to “foster the acquisition of up to date expert knowledge in two complementary fields of law, covering their fundamental concepts and principles, legal areas and the interests that move the players and institutions acting under their rules”.
