Vanda Cascão (Partner) participated in the 8th edition of Portugal Smart Cities, a place of convergence of the main stakeholders of the sector and the largest marketplace for the creation of business opportunities for the national and international market.

The Lawyer participated in the second day of debates, dedicated to the topic: "Energy Transition and Sustainability: Priorities, Challenges and Opportunities".  Her intervention was in the second panel, where she moderated the debate with the topic: "Self-sufficiency, Storage and Security of Supply. Present and Future Challenges".

The Portugal Smart Cities Summit is a reference event, with a wide business representation from different geographies, which promotes synergies between the territory, the industry and the academic-scientific environment, aiming to improve citizens' quality of life.

The event, promoted by the AIP Foundation, took place between 11-13 October, at FIL, in Lisbon.
