Nuno Ruiz and Miguel Mendes Pereira, partners of the Competition & EU practice, participate in CAPDC’s 10-year anniversary conference “Overview and Challenges of Competition Law in Portugal”, held on 12-13 April at the Lisbon University Law School (FDUL).
On the first day of the conference, Miguel Mendes Pereira is a speaker in the session “The digital sector and its interaction with competition rules” (e.g. E-commerce) and on the 13th, Nuno Ruiz moderates the session on “Abuse of dominant position and articulation between competition authorities and sectoral regulators”.
