"Intellectual Property Law: Matters of 2015"
António Magalhães Cardoso, Intellectual Property practice senior partner, and Sofia de Vasconcelos Casimiro, TMT's practice consultant, are guest lecturers in the "Intellectual Property Law: Matters of 2015" summer course, promoted by the Lisbon Faculty of Law and by the Portuguese Association for the Intellectual Law.
The senior partner lectures about "The Patentability of the Protected Products New Effects" , while the consultant develops the theme: "Hyperlinks: Some questions about the Portuguese and European Law", and lectures about the limitations of inserting links, as well as legal questions regarding the function of search engines.
